Satay Party

My uncle is the master of Satay, he makes the best satay chicken skewers in the universe. I had been craving them for a few days, and decided to ask my cousin to get some info for me. He told me what to go and buy, and I got the closest things I could and had a crack at it. I think it came out okay, it tasted pretty great. Here are some photos.

It's essentially pretty simple. All we did was marinade some diced chicken in a big bowl for about 45 minutes in a mix of Kecap Manis, around a table spoon and a half of Satay Peanut Sauce, lemon juice (I used a whole lemon which was probably a bit too much, would suggest half a lemon), some olive oil and a little garlic. Cook on a grill, or if possible over coals/open flame. Serve with heated peanut sauce.
